Have a place to make all of my data accessible for analysis and make it easy to share. Improve capture of patient-reported data regarding treatments.

Data repository: gather and access data from electronic medical records and testing labs; share with clinicians for opinions on testing and treatment guidance. Track symptoms/side effects from treatments. Capture any relevant biomedical feedback through passive measurement devices (e.g wearables, etc)

Provide a trusted medical context for personalized experiments; contribute to research that will benefit others and hope that new treatments will be identified in time that may help me.

Registry: track medical decisions and outcomes, share with researchers, search for what has worked and what hasn't for clinical guidance.
