Care navigation and management: monitor and guide me through my therapy, e.g., hear and respond to my concerns, educate me, advise on what I should do on-going

Find online forums for education and support from peers who speak my language to give me peace of mind, love, encouragement, and hope

Social networks: connect me with peers who have been through what I’m going through

Enable participation with my medical team in making testing and treatment decisions
