Why Carte exists

Carte Medical is an independent physician advisory: personal physicians who work only for you and sell no procedures or appointments. Medicine has better answers than ever, but you are not getting them in fifteen-minute appointments. For a cancer patient facing a high-stakes decision, a Carte physician investigates the question in depth, validates or challenges the recommended plan, connects you with the right specialists, and makes sure it is carried out. Carte is built on a simple conviction: medical care should not make patients guests. It should give them data, truth, and choice.

Dr. Siddiqui trained at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed her residency at Yale. She was previously Chief Clinical Officer for an AI care-enablement platform serving more than 100 million lives, and designed care programs for complex patients across NYC Health + Hospitals. She started Carte because, in her words, 'the pattern was too consistent to keep treating as exceptional' — 20% of medical cases demand 80% of the cognitive effort yet receive the least time. Carte is named for the conviction that patients should never be guests in their own care.
