Why Vivodyne exists
Vivodyne performs functional testing with organoids, applying drugs to fresh tumor tissue and observing the response over a two-day to six-week turnaround. The purpose is to give patients greater confidence, based on ex vivo results, that they will respond to a specific drug or combination. Access to fresh tumor tissue can be a limiting factor.
- 1
Tissue disks
Microfluidic chips allow hundreds of human tissues to be cultivated reproducibly on a single disk.
- 2
Human tissues
Self assembling organ tissues are grown and designed for biological complexity.
- 3
Robotic HIVE labs
Robotic labs cultivate, perturb, and analyze thousands of human tissues on their own.
- 4
Causal data
The platform generates interventional phenomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data at single cell resolution.
